Apply
Complete the application now. On the application, you must specify the “ID”, which is the last four digits of the puppy’s microchip number. This application does not reserve the puppy, but simply places him or her on hold until we can contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the hold will be lifted 24 hours after our initial attempt to contact you. The application fee is $75 and will be applied toward your puppy’s deposit. We will email you once we have received your application. If for any reason, we would not approve the application, we will refund your application fee. Deposit
Once we receive and review your application, we will email you a credit card authorization form for your puppy’s $425 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your puppy. Once we receive your deposit, within the arranged timeframe, your puppy is reserved for you. Your deposit, including your application fee, will bring your total deposit to $500. Your total deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
Going Home
The day you have been eagerly awaiting is almost here. Final preparation to receive your puppy should now be done. We will email your puppy’s care instructions to assist you.
If you are picking up your puppy, we need to set up an appointment when you will come. The day you come, you will receive the health record of all shots given and have time to ask any questions pertaining to your puppy. Final payment is due at this time.
If your puppy will be shipped to you, we need to arrange the date and destination where your puppy will arrive. You can expect an an additional email with your puppy’s health record and flight instructions. Payment is due one week prior to shipping.

Apply
Complete the application now. On the application, you must specify the litter from which you want a puppy and which gender you prefer. The litter is identified by the mother’s name. This application will not reserve a puppy, but simply places a spot in the picking order on hold until we can contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the hold will be lifted 24 hours after our initial attempt to contact you. The application fee is $75 and will be applied toward your puppy’s deposit. Photos of the litter will be posted on the puppies for sale page in a group by their litter. Individual choosing of the puppies does not take place from the these photos. These pictures, though very cute, are not intended to be used for making a final selection. We post these photos only for giving progress updates as we go along.
Deposit & Pick Your Puppy
Once we receive and review your application, we will email you a credit card authorization form for the reservation of your spot in the picking order in the litter. The deposit to make a reservation is a $425 nonrefundable deposit. Once we receive your deposit, within the arranged timeframe, your spot in the litter’s picking order is reserved for you. The picking order is determined in the order we receive the $425 deposits. Your deposit, including your application fee, will bring your total deposit to $500. Your total deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
Once the litter reaches seven weeks of age, we have puppy choosing time. This is when the families come to visit and choose which puppy they want. Picking is done in the order the $425 deposits are received. If you are unable to come visit in person to choose your puppy, we will have individual photos of each puppy posted on the website at this time. We will email a video clip of the litter to you and will also send you descriptions of the similarities and differences we have observed in the puppies as they have been growing. We are glad to recommend a puppy for you, but the final decision as to which puppy you will get is yours. When puppy choosing time arrives, if you feel like none of the puppies are exactly what you want, you may forward your deposit on to a future litter. You would be placed on that list after any other family who has already committed to that litter. We will notify you a couple of weeks before puppy choosing time to make an appointment for you to come and visit, or to schedule a time that you will be available to make a decision on which puppy will be yours.

Ready now or soon
As time goes by and a litter is conceived which is a good match for you, we will contact you to see if you would like to reserve a pick from this litter by placing a $425 deposit. We will email you a credit card authorization form for you to complete and return or you may send us a check for the reservation of your spot in the picking order in the litter. Your total deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
If you decide not to place a deposit on this litter, we will contact you the next time there is a good match. If you do make the deposit, this will bring your total deposit, with application fee included, to $500. Puppy picking (at 7 weeks of age) will be made in the order we receive these $425 deposits. Once the litter is born, we will notify you of their arrival. If there are not enough puppies born to fill the deposit list, you can choose to have your deposit refunded or forwarded to a future litter. This is the only time we will refund your deposit. However, you may choose to forward a deposit into the future at any time and cancel your place in the litter in which you were listed.
