We have found that allergy sufferers appreciate the hypoallergenic nature of our poodles. Moyen Poodles make great family companions and love to be involved in their family’s activities. With a very trainable, happy nature and non-shedding, hypoallergenic coat, what more could you ask for?
Our family-raised puppies come with a 3-year health warranty, are vet checked, current on their vaccinations and microchipped. Each of our puppies’ parents are OFA screened for their hips and elbows. Their hearts are OFA normal and each has passed the CAER exam on their eyes. They have also been genetically screened through Paw Print Genetics or Wisdom Health Panel. Moyen Poodle Appearance
The Sunshine Acres Moyen Poodle is kept natural, meaning we do not shave the coat nor do we dock the tail. Although our poodle puppies could easily be mistaken for a doodle, they are 100% poodle. Their wavy puppy coats will change to curly coats as they grow to adults. Although we prefer the fluffy-faced doodle clip, our Moyen Poodles are adorable if they are groomed in a poodle-style clip as well.

Puppy prices vary from breeder to breeder and can depend on many factors like breeder experience, health warranty, coat type, color, size and more. The Moyen Poodle price at Sunshine Acres is $3,200. Our prices reflect the quality of our breeding, and the price for a Moyen Poodle puppy is the same regardless of its expected adult size, gender or color. We offer $200 back to our puppies’ families in the form of a rebate. To qualify for the rebate, the puppy needs to be trained in basic obedience so that it can pass the AKC’s basic obedience certification, the Canine Good Citizen test (CGC Certification).
At Sunshine Acres, we often see the red moyen poodle and apricot moyen poodle, but Moyen Poodle puppies can come in a variety of colors! Some of the most typical ones include:

The average lifespan of a Moyen Poodle is about 12 to 15 years, which is similar to their other Poodle cousins like the Standards, Miniatures, and Toys. Of course, each dog is unique and their time with us can vary. A caring environment, good training, quality food and their individual nature can all affect their lifespan.
